How do I get my friend to quit smoking?
One of my best friends is 19. I am 18 and I can’t say I’ve never smoked before, because I have with her. She has been smoking for about a year and she smokes about 3 cigarettes a day. I tell her to quit, and she tried it, but said she NEEDED one after “quitting” for 3 days. How do i get her to realize it is bad for her and that she needs to stop?
What are good ways to help friends quit smoking?
When someone wants to quit smoking, what would you recommend they do? Maybe start out by cutting back or something else? (I’m curious, because my boyfriend says he wants to quit, but that he thinks it’s best he slowly cuts back on cigarettes per day.)

The person manage to stop smoking because Snus deliver higher amounts of nicotine than any comparable products, including nicotine gum. It even deliver more than cigarettes. This is the main reason why it is so difficult to stop smoking – the addiction to nicotine, but when you use Snus you will loose the crave for smoking.
